This neat folk art lure is designed to scare either the fish or the fisherman to death. It has glass bug eyes and a viscious toothed mouth. The deer hair tufts on the snout and the body are ragged. This lure is 7" long. There are three treble hooks on the belly mounted with screw eyes. The top of the body is green with black in a frog pattern. The belly is white. The tail has a "Heddon Dowagiac" propellor in front of a treble hook. As they often say, lures are made more to catch fisherman than fish. This is one of those. Take the hooks off and add a belly weight and this would make a super weird fish decoy. Or maybe it's a Heddon experimental lure? (That's a joke).
